Every grade begins with a way of seeing

I spend my days between footage and my son’s laughter.

We live in a small city nestled in the Andes mountain range.

From here, I grade  from worldwide campaigns to deepest short films.

Inspiration finds me every time I open my eyes:

the warm light of sunset spilling over snowy peaks,

the endless ochre tones of autumn leaves,

the streets blushing pink with plum blossoms each spring.

I watch it all,

the way shadows stretch across a wall,

the rhythm of light shifting through the day,

the subtle pulse of a scene before it begins.

Then I play. The emotions stirred by my senses guide my grading.

Shaping images that hold their place long after the story ends.

Shall we begin shaping your story in color?
